Job Summary: To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards.

As an Engineer in Support & Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining production software stability, writing quality code for project components, resolving operational issues, and collaborating across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Code Development: Develop the codes for the project as per work assignation and engineering guidelines.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the existing project and resolve technical issues occurring in the operational environment.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with team members, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Quality Standards: Ensure that delivered code meets designated quality benchmarks, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Testing & Deployment: Execute unit testing, debug defect logs, and assist during integration and deployment stages.
- Operational Support: Analyze incidents, troubleshoot application errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Programming Foundations: Basic to good knowledge of Java, C++, Python, or C#.
- Database Skills: Understanding of relational databases (RDBMS), SQL queries, and data structures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical reasoning, debugging abilities, and structured problem solving.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with strong team collaboration mindset.
